● Minimum Bachelor Degree all major

● Have a minimal experience as customer service, live chat

agent or call center

● Fluent in English writing and reading

● Focus and understand users' needs.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and decision

making skills

● Able to work on 24 hours shifting schedule (Especially Night Shift)

● Will back up the agent
