Officer, Communication Support Jobs

Support development and production of tools and publications material to support External communications team to achieve Company's goals

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

• Provide graphic design cover, poster , souvenirs to support corporate activities (such as, Freeport peduli, lebaran & christmas' card, PTFI calendar, book cover) to support Dept. goals.
• Develop supporting materials for multimedia footage including captions, stories, and descriptions for both publications and archive purposes.
• Maintain, analyze and update PTFI Communication media (both printed & electronic) to ensure development in graphic design and multimedia technology is applied as accordingly.
• Provide, document, and catalogue media footage including video, photo, and other media of company events and programs to make a good documentation for production & publication support.

The key challenges in this position include:

• Provide multimedia support for company publications, providing timely, interesting, and effective products.
• Should be able to keep up with deadlines and communications support requests.
• Should be able follow trend about design graphic model/update to support daily work activity.
• Ability to communicate with different internal stakeholders in different Company's locations and provide responses timely.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Communications or Web Design or other related communications fields with minimum 5 years experience in communications/public relations business or in big multi-national company.

• Have an outgoing, communicative disposition.
• Good communications skills in both verbal and written.
• Good project management, administration, and design abilities.
