As an Office Administrator with a primary focus on accounts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Bali. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks while also managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Assist in coordinating company events and gatherings.
  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, maintenance, and equipment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing a professional and friendly reception.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office documentation and filing systems.
  • Accounts and Finance: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Reconcile financial statements and bank transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a bonus.
  • 5+ years of experience in office administration and accounting.
