Job Title :

Odoo Developer (ERP)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Odoo development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, on-time, and to a high standard
• Work closely with the management team to align technology initiatives with business objectives
• Continuously improve processes and practices to deliver high-quality ERP software
• Act as a subject matter expert on ERP, providing technical guidance to the team and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements for new ERP projects and ensure their successful development
• Mentor junior developers, offering technical support and helping them to grow professionally

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Python and OOP concepts
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and ability to write SQL queries
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Working on-site setting
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an ERP developer, with having exposure in Odoo are plus point
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Hands-on experience with OpenERP/Odoo version 11 or above, with a preference for version 13
• Exposure to other ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to create and migrate Odoo modules and reports using Qweb, etc.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience leading development projects and guiding junior developers
• Excellent debugging skills in ERP
