detikSumbagsel is looking for Admin for handling our Biro needs. You will responsible for carrying out clerical and administrative support tasks to optimize workflow procedures, such as budgeting in the bureau.

• Very strong administrative skills
• Bachelor's degree in Management or Economics and/or Finance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task
• Can join as soon as possible
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Resourceful, meticulous, fast, and well-organized

IT Support

detikSumbagsel is looking for IT Support that includes Network Support, Streaming Support, and Helpdesk Support. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance of network systems/streaming support and answering user inquiries regarding network or hardware operations to resolve problems.

• Had an experience with live streaming equipment (VMIX) or social media live streaming (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc)
• Understand and expert in troubleshooting Operating Systems (Linux, OSX, and Windows).
• Knowledgeable in basic LAN and WLAN
• Knowledgeable in Linux Based System
• Familiar with PC hardware
• Minimal Diploma degree in Computer Science or related departments. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent listening skills, understanding exactly what customers require.

Social Media Officer

detikSumbagsel is looking for Social Media Officer who will responsible for attracting and interacting with virtual communities and targeted network users. Have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content to make it interesting on those channels.

• Excellent copywriting skills and verbal communication
• Understanding the latest social media trends, from pop culture to breaking news
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Able to work under pressure on a tight deadline
• Having experience in managing social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Youtube) is a plus
• Highly imaginative and creative
