Responsibilities

• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
• Maintain standards for data reliability and performance quality for the product.
• Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of individuals and teams.
• Conduct training programs and teaching plans based on agreement with the client to fulfil the client needs and adjustments.
• Adapt and improve current training methods to improve training results.
• Evaluate and audit team quality included in external reports.
• Evaluate target difficulties and prepare proper training plans for team members.
• Conduct the training using appropriate training methods and programs, as well as proper measurement.
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior.
• Maintain good communication with development teams to improve the quality system.
• Evaluate training results based on the collected data.
• Check and validate any findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
• Develop or oversee the moderation of instructional materials, KPIs and manuals.

Qualifications

• Have experience leading a team.
• Have experience in team training and development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in the following concepts: LMS (Learning Management Systems), ILT (Instructor Led Training), Modular Training.
• Willing to work on-site in Surabaya, Indonesia.
• Preferably Indonesian.
• Above average competencies in the use of the following applications or their equivalents: Excel (or any similar spreadsheet program), Word (or any similar word processing program), PowerPoint (or the equivalent).
• Have capability to identify and define skill gaps.
• Willing to work on public holidays and shifting schedules including night shifts.
• Have good organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or at least Diploma 3 Certificate.
• English Proficiency Score (CERF) of C1 or better.
