Mining Superintendent Jobs

RUC Mining are seeking an experienced Underground Mining Superintendent on a 6 weeks on and 3 weeks roster to join our team of highly skilled people for, the Tembagapura site in the Papua - Indonesia
About The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure targets are achieved and mine planning activities are completed in a timely manner. Effectively manage project operations on the Tembagapura site in the Papua - Indonesia

• Manage, arrange and prioritize job to achieve production target.
• Actively achieve safety weekly, monthly, quarterly target including field inspection, PJOs, etc.
• To ensure that the highest operational standards in all areas of PT RUCCI works are maintained through the proper training of the national workforce and through monitoring and measurement of compliance in all aspects of the works.
• Actively coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Manager and Client regarding monthly, weekly, daily target.
• To ensure all workers conduct all duties in a safe and orderly manner while meeting the production requirements as determined.
• Ensures the delivery of operational targets in a safe, productive & efficient manner to maximize performance and achieve production and development targets with full compliance with project requirements.

Position Requirements

• International project experience is a requirement for this position
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Role
• Indonesian Citizenship
• Able to demonstrate his ability to work in a multicultural environment (proven track record)
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• S1 Mining Engineering
• Initiative and strong problem solving and communication skills
• Proven safety management performance in a mining operation
• Possess minimum POP certification.
• Minimum of 10 years underground mining experience
• Qualification in Training and Assessing
