Mine Supervisor Jobs

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with superiors and other employees at mine site to ensure a thorough understanding of production and safety requirements and priorities, also to address specific issues.
• Supervises the production performance of the mining contractor and their equipment to ensure productivity targets are met through efficient and safe operating procedures and practices.
• Allocate resources in order to maximize production and achieve required coal production and safety targets.

Qualifications

• Proven skills and knowledge in mining activities and understand good mining practices
• Good computer literacy, especially in programs required in mining activities
• Min. 5 years overall experience in similar position in mining industries
• Willing to work in shifts
• Min. bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Placement in Sungai Lilin, Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera
• Certified in POP or POM is a strong advantage
