The Role

You will become an integral part of the Merchandising department at Love, Bonito. You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of our Merchandising team scopes. From assisting Buying & Launching, to assisting sales performance review, you will be pivotal to the execution of our merchandising operations. You will also be responsible to support inventory movement and support team objectives to achieve high sales through rate & health inventory.

Main Responsibilities :

Launch Execution

• Prepare & execute weekly online new arrivals from product detail and image until all products are uploaded correctly.
• Liaising with HQ to gather missing product information (Barcode, missing SKUs, etc) - if needed.
• Review & liaise with the creative team for Launch EDM.
• Prepare & execute markdown items launched during Sale event.
• Support any Online Projects & Sale event.
• Execute strategic website VM arrangement based on merchandising sorting logic.

Assortment & Inventory Performance

• Become key admin support for inventory movement and operations.
• Execute weekly New Arrivals Replenishment.
• Curate and liaise with Marketing to create thematic SKU Curation.
• Support monthly SO (stocktaking) and make sure qty adjusted based on available physical quantity .
• Curate bi-weekly NC SKU Curation to support the Marketing Team in succeeding new customer acquisition.

Requirements

Requirements & Experiences :

• Basic skills and knowledge in Excels.
• Minimum 1 year of Junior Merchandising experience.
• Minimum language requirement: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
• Proactive, and willing to learn, with good project management skills.
