Mechanical Supervisor Jobs

Main Job :

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues or areas for improvement, and develop appropriate maintenance plans.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of machinery and equipment.
• Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any mechanical-related issues that may arise.
• Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily work assignments for the mechanical team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to production schedules.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Placement at Sidoarjo, East Java
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of mechanical technicians, including assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and feedback.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including HVAC systems, cleanrooms, compressors, pumps, and packaging machinery.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
