Job Role: Measurement While Drilling (MWD)/Directional Driller (DD) Cross Train DX
Early-Career Profile
SLB is currently looking for experienced Directional Driller (DD) Cross Train Specialist in Indonesia.
This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to Customers.
Roles And Responsibility

• Follow and complies with SLB and Client’s SQ, HSE policies and procedures.
• Good personnel skills, excellent in communication, highly self-motivated, competent computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Must be a team player, able to get along with individuals from other groups in the organization, and a good communicator.
• Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site.
• Learns quickly and adapts to any new technology and challenges.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all DD techniques and all surveying methods used in the location.
• Responsible for the directional drilling job, measurement while drilling and service delivery execution in the field.

Qualifications And Experience

• Has experience as an MWD/LWD Specialist/Engineer
• Learns quickly and adapts to any new technology and challenges.
• Has experience in running Motor, in any land rig operations.
• Availability to work in and rotate to all locations.
• Minimum one (1) year DD Experience
• Listens and is able to communicate effectively with managers, peers and clients both written and verbally.
• Personally committed to continuous improvement
• Have bachelor’s / diploma degree in Engineering.
