Job Description

  • Conduct internal operational team’s performance evaluation
  • In charge of order management, command center, operation staff, and workload analysis presentations
  • Responsible for daily monitoring on operational and making sure action plan is in accordance with SLA
  • Strong project management skills
  • Making sure Operation Team regarding following up & readiness
  • Monitors and evaluates POD Return’s performance
  • Responsible for reporting on OTA, OTD, OTL & OTU, and daily order fulfillment
  • Maintain communication and coordination with Mostrans’ external and internal side regarding Business Review
  • In charge of loading, unloading, drop off, pick up, order fulfillment daily report and issue subordinate reports monitoring and verification
Requirements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Min. 3 years’ experience as Operation Supervisor in Transportation, Logistic, or Transportation Digital Platform is preferred
  • Deep knowledge in GDP and 5R
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in any background
