You are responsible to develop and execute marketing activities including but not limited to, digital marketing, social media, advertising, campaigns, etc accordance to the agreed budget. Develops and maintains active contacts with the press and key media people, and evaluates all media solicitations and exposure. Monitor coverage concerning the hotel in foreign and local media. Work closely with DOSM & DOFB to create and promote enticing offers for Rooms, Spa and F&B. Select and handle media and KOL enquiries fam trios and maintain relationship with Media and KOL. Assist with photo and video shoot from planning, execution to photo selection or video editing. Maintain website and other channels including presentation, e-flyer, video, merchandise, etc. Develop writing materials including presentation, write-ups, captions, taglines, stories. Manage collaterals. Create monthly marketing report including social media ads performance and media coverage.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, excellent story teller, and team player.
• Experience with planning, developing, and implementing marketing communications activities, including developing communications plan, strategy, messages, media and tactics as part of the hotel campaign.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with pressure
• High interpersonal skill seeks to collaborate with all stakeholders.
• Positive, can-do attitude, excite d to build something and confident taking on challenges to achieve objectives.
• Manage professional relationships with high detail and in ethical manner.
• Experience in events is a great advantage – concepting, planning and execution
• Experienced in Marketing Communication Manager for at least 3 years.
• Effective communicator, able to synthesize data and information so that it tells a compelling story that resonates with target audiences.
• Self-motivated, professional with strong leadership skill.
• Excellent conceptual, writing, oral and presentation skills.
