Communication Assistant Jobs

C+C&Co is looking for a Communication Assistant to join its ever-growing team. The communication assistant position has an emphasis on learning the culture of the company through assisting the seniors on the projects they are assigned in.

Main Responsibilities includes:

• Updated and enjoy using social media and latest trends
• Have a good understanding of global affairs and popular culture
• Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible
• Assisting in ideation, management, and production of artworks or photography sessions
• Good command of English and able to converse in English
• Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team
• Assisting to manage day-to-day matters of the projects; (1) Receiving, analysing and translating the project brief for the team, (2) Populating assets/informations needed, (3) Populating the questions/responses and to respond any communication channels (group chat, email, etc.), (4) Assisting in supervising timeline for the assigned projects, (5) Populating and chasing comments/ feedback, (6) Stay up-to-date and to remind both internal and external on the project updates/progresses, (7) Arranging internal discussion and WIPs, and also meeting/presentation with external parties
• Support business development team with all business growth projects and partnerships with related companies
• Contributing in the ideation process/discussions
• Brand Advocacy - Authentic, engaged and active on brand

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with high activity in student organization during uni are prefered
• Great visual eye and focus on details
• Able to develop simple and elegant ideation approaches to design problems
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English
• Good knowledge in design softwares and understanding of design principles is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in design agencies of various disciplines ranging from copywriting, brand development, and/or work area either marketing or managerial based.
• Candidates with previous internships in aforementioned fields are prefered
• No WFH / Remote arrangement
• Familiarity with marketing communications and design
• Have an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics
• Candidates with education background in Visual Communication Design, and Communication Science are prefered
