Marketing Communication Assistant Jobs

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
• Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
• Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
• Can work under pressure and tough environment
• Oversees the design and publication of promotional materials such as ad posts and flyers
• Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.
• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
• Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
• Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition

Requirements :

• Ability to identify market segments, niches and potential markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.
• Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
• Independent, Go-Getter, Street smart, self-motivated, team player and good critical thinking skills.
• Experience in Property and Real Estate industry is required.
• Solid network within the industry and strong customer data based.
• 3 or more years of experiences in Real Estate/Property industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken Englishand Bahasa Indonesia
• Leadership experience in marketing management with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management, sales and business development, along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
• A performance driven, result oriented and strong leadership abilities to drive teamwork for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• A proven track record in Sales & Marketing - meeting or exceeding given sales targets with the ability to drive from conception to closure.
