What we're looking for
We are looking for a highly experienced Full Time Marketing Acquisition & Event Specialist to join our Growth team at Opaper. You will help us create in-house events in Bandung, develop relationships with the FnB Community in your city, and work with the team to develop strategies to increase merchant growth in your city. Your role is vital in driving the growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Hit the weekly/monthly goals set by the manager.
- Fostering good relationships with all FnB Stakeholders in Bandung especially
- Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.
- Conduct Event Activation for lead generation including but not limited to: identifying key communities to collaborate for the event, determining events budgets, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance.
- Arrange meeting schedule for Sales Team with potential leads
- Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics.
- Daily and weekly reporting on the close & and activation rate.
- What we're looking for Work with Marketing & Sales Team to create Event Strategy and Objectives; take initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
- Drive marketing-influenced pipeline and generateMQLs & SQLSthrough onsite activations and support of the sales team
Key Qualifications
- Super high candidate: Have a large network of owners and personnel in the FnB Industry in Bandung
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- You have at least two years of experience in B2B sales and have a proven track record of meeting performance goals and quotas is a plus
- KHave min 1-2 years experience as Marketing Communication/Brand Activation/Event Specialist
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written format to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
- Has an open mindset towards, easy going, creative and initiates improvement
- Embrace changes in marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the B2B landscape.
