Take ownership for the production of our products

In this role, you'll be responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process to ensure smooth execution. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Manufacturing Engineer Leader (Machining), you will be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting problems arise from manufacturing processes.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget; $1.5 million.
• Handling standardized manufacturing processes and guideline for choosing the right actions.
• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures
• Involving in the processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
• Involving in the manufacturing engineering tasks that primarily tactical responsibilities.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
• Have experience in leading and mentoring teams in manufacturing environment
• Have a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
• Have at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing and minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering Specialist.
• Have good communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
• Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
