Our client is a Decacorn, valued more than USD 20 billion - Top 16 biggest unicorn worldwide that specializing in Logistic industry. They currently are looking for an Assistant to Operational Manager (Mandarin Speaking) whom able to be placed in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah.


Role Description

  • Make reports related to divisions to be submitted to the manager.
  • Conduct problem analysis and be proactive in developing divisional effectiveness.
  • Lead and ensure corresponding employees to be responsible in their work and can work together harmoniously with various divisions.
  • Responsible for all decisions related to the division.


Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Diploma degree or above in management or related field.
  • Able to business trip.
  • Have 1 year or more work experience in translating mandarin.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
