We are Hiring Now, HR MANAGER

Responsibilities :

1. Maintain employee records (Attendance , any other HR Data , etc ) according to policy and legal requirements
2. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
3. Able to handle OSS, SIINAS system
4. Able to handle Foreign Document such as KITAS, Travelling Permit , etc.
5. Provide Counseling on policies and procedure
6. Assist in performance management processes
7. Able to Handle " BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan "
8. Negotiation and Contract Handling for employee such as resignation, extending contract, etc.
9. Socialization of Company Rules and Monitoring the implementation .
10. Responsibility to handle and monitoring Vehicles Documents such as STNK, BPKB, Vehicle License Number, etc

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law or related fields
2. Have Proven experience minimum 2 years of being HR Manager
3. Excellent Communication In English both writen and oral , and Interpersonnal Skills
4. Strong knowledge of HR Laws and Regulations
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills , with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendations
6. Good Skills and knowledge in Interview process
7. Willing to work in Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java .
