Maintenance Manager Jobs

The candidate would be managing a team of skilled workers who are proficient in their field. The candidate would also be required to ensure that the existing machines can perform and even be able to think creatively in innovating old machines with new technology/methodologies. The candidate would also be willing to share his/her experience in order to ensure that their team improves themselves and be an example for other companies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to ensure efficient functioning and perform analysis to make adjustments
• Propose cost saving methodologies for existing machineries
• Check quality standards and functionality of services and machines regularly
• Manage and develop the maintenance team
• Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employees
• Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to business
