About the Opportunity:

We are actively seeking a committed and detail-oriented Office Equipment Storage Manager to manage operations at our state-of-the-art facility. As the driving force behind our storage facility, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory control, supervising equipment upkeep, coordinating rental procedures, and delivering top-tier customer service that upholds our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee routine equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness and longevity
• Use inventory software and other computer applications to maintain accurate records and facilitate efficient processes
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with our valued clients
• Administer the rental process, ensuring the smooth transition of equipment from storage to the client
• Manage, organize, and maintain inventory levels to optimize storage facility efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information across different levels of the organization
• Proficiency in inventory management software and fundamental computer applications, with a willingness to learn new systems as required
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or related field

Compensation:

• A competitive salary around 10-15 million IDR per month, commensurate with experience and skills
