Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Build/enhance design system that will be used as standardization for our digital products
  2. Do UX search & benchmarking to other platform as needed to provide the best insights
  3. Develop our inhouse product design team & make sure the product design is user friendly design.
  4. Understand business requirement to serve our business user
  5. Explore latest digital product in market related to our business and adopt to our digital product
  6. Consult & coordination with Business Process Owner, Business Process Manager & Internal IT team to design digital product & to ensure product interface to internal system


Qualifications

  1. Min. Bachelor degree in any Major with min GPA 3.00
  2. Proven 3 years experience in design experience in leading tech company
  3. Understanding business model & requirement from Business user
  4. Good communication skill, decision making & initiative to propose new design
  5. Placement : Surabaya
