To further strengthen our brand and reach a wider audience, we are seeking a talented KOL Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure KOL compliance with brand agreements and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in social media, digital marketing, and KOL strategies to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.
• Develop and execute KOL strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and serve as their main point of contact.
• Foster relationships with partners and stakeholders to maximize the impact of KOL marketing initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and analyze KOL campaigns, focusing on achieving goals, driving engagement, and generating conversions.
• Conduct thorough market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in KOL marketing.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest developments in digital marketing and KOL marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas for KOL campaigns.
• Skillful at identifying new opportunities and proposing strategies to enhance brand presence through KOLs.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with KOLs and other partners.
• Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of current trends in digital marketing, social media (specifically TikTok), and influencer marketing.
• Proficient in gathering and analyzing trend data, consumer behavior, and KOL campaign performance.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with KOLs, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• In-depth knowledge of KOL marketing and the ability to develop effective strategies based on industry trends.
