Position Summary:

Knowledge Management Intern supports the Knowledge Management Lead in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Alterra's Knowledge Management System and Learning Management System.

Area of Responsibility:

Create a website-based Knowledge Management System

• Develop an internal Knowledge Base and content, then migrate to the latest website
• Create a website using an open-source platform such as WordPress
• Determine user needs by analyzing technical requirements
• Ensure web designs are responsive and optimized for desktop and mobile
• Adjust and modify website templates according to a project brief

Create a Learning Management System

• Create an LMS web-based
• Responsible for developing LMS enhancement features as required
• Responsible for liaising with internal IT to ensure the LMS System and add-on application runs well as required
• Responsible for ensuring all the data and information needed in the LMS are updated and easy to access

Position Requirements

• Understanding JS
• Understanding PHP
• Available to do the Internship for 3 months period or more
• Understanding GitHub and GitHub Action
• Understanding HTML
• Preferably from an IT background or any related field
• Understanding CSS
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic of Programming
• Basic Web Development
• Final-year students from a reputable university
