This role will assist Project Manager to implement Agile Methologies within the organization.
:
- Assist the scrum master and squad team in organizing and facilitating Agile Ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Helping squad teams to align with the Scrum framework by guiding them in principles, practices and Agile Values
- Running planning, risk management, monitoring and supervising, progress updating, presentations to stakeholders, weekly and monthly meetings
- Identify, determine solutions and escalate various problems in the project to minimize risk factors that may arise
- Have experience in handling projects in IT Software (Geospatial or GIS background) will be a plus
Job Requirement :
-Core in IT Project Management
-Understand the principle of Agile Methodologies
-Minimum 2 years work experience in the similar position
-Familiar with Field Atlassian Tool (Jira, Confluence) and Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) will be advantageous
-Minimum conversational level of English is required
