Job Description

Junior Restaurant Supervisor


Duties and responsibilities:

• Ensuring the implementation of F&B Service SOPs is carried out correctly and consistently

• Resolve all customer problems/complaints/criticisms/suggestions and follow up to seek solutions to customer satisfaction

• Coaching/training new servers according to standard operating procedures.

• Evaluating guest comments and seeking continuous improvement of SOPs

• Responsible for Restaurant Supervisor


Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma-3 education in Tourism/Hospitality

• Minimum three years of work experience in F&B Service

• Experience working in 4 or 5-star hotels as an advantage

• Positive attitude and ability to work within or between teams

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift work system

• Work location is in Balige, Toba Regency, North Sumatra
