Junior Hr (Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements:

• Stay in Jakarta area
• Proactive, excellent communication skills, and great interpersonal skills
• Strong in Ms. Excel
• Multitasking and good critical thinking
• Required language: English and Mandarin
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related field

:

• Filing and keep the necessary document in order
• Do Compliance HR based on Manpower Regulation
• Make sure all document for client & employee are well prepared until payroll
• Make sure all employee in systems databased are up to date
• Do the coordination within internal team
• Make sure all employee is registered to BPJS, insurance, and any other benefit
• Make sure document administration for resource running well
• Build a good relationship with client and employee
• Colleting the time sheet and claim form the resources
• Create monthly report
• Monitoring and maintain data employee to the systems
• Maintain all project goes well
