Junior Cook Jobs

1. Measuring meal ingredients accurately for the Station Senior Cook's
2. Preparing basic sauces and salads as directed by the Senior Cook's
3. Taking inventory of supplies and informing the Cook Supervisor of depleted or low supplies
4. Disposing of all spoiled or expired food items stored in the freezers, refrigerators and stock rooms
5. Preparing meal ingredients, including seasoning of different meats, as well as chopping, peeling and washing, fruits and vegetables
