Qualification

• Experience and comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities
• Ability to direct, supervise, and evaluate the work of all kitchen staff. Ensure that team meets or exceeds service, productivity, and quality goals.
• Team player with a professional "get it done" attitude, follows directions and work ethic preferred. Adapts well to change and able to handle pressure and solve problems.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain food safety standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with the regulations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, honesty, loyalty, great organizational skills, on time and self-motivated.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
• Exhibit passion for food production, sanitation and safety. Consistent commitment to quality. Computer proficiency is preferred.
• Good personal presentation and hygiene. Ability to maintain clean section.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and vendor.
• Good knowledge of ice cream, desserts, food and coffee.
• Positive attitude and personality.
