You need to have

• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
• Demonstrable programming skill – language doesn’t matter initially – we’ve got a lot of work to do.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
• Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without any supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A deep interest in continuous education.
