Andal Software was introduced in 1988, our product is Andal PayMaster, a software package for HR, Payroll, Income Tax and Attendance for Indonesian Market. We are currently has almost 500 clients ranging from Services companies, Manufacturing, Financial institution and Hospitality industries.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

1. Developing front end website architecture
2. Developing back-end website applications
3. Creating servers and databases for functionality
4. Ensure stability and performance of the system
5. Designing and developing APIs
6. Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
7. Ability to work on your own and with the team.
8. Agile development with sprints lasting 2-3 weeks
9. Collaborate with other developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain applications

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in a computer science or information technology from reputable univesity/ preferably freshgraduated
2. Good Learning Capability (Fundamentals and Conceptuals)
3. Proficiency in object-oriented programming
4. Proficient in writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
5. Proficient in designing and building scalable relational databases using SQL server or any other relational models (Postgres/MySql)
6. Proficiency in Data Structure, Algorithm and Problem Solving (Array, Vector, Hashmap, Quick-Sort, DFS, BFS)
7. Familiar with Code Repository (Git, SVN, CVS)
8. Familiar with RestFull API and Data Interchange Protocol (JSON)
9. Expertise in core front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
10. Must possess solid troubleshooting and performance tuning skill.
11. Possess Strong verbal communication skills
