Role Description

This full-time, on-site position is for an IT Support & Infra professional located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The IT Support & Infra team is responsible for providing support to end-users and maintaining the company’s information technology hardware and software infrastructure. Daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing technical support, and monitoring infrastructure systems like servers, networks, and databases to ensure they are functioning properly. Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related work experience
• ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), and/or other related certifications are desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and other operating systems (Linux, MacOS)
• Experience in network security, firewalls, intrusion detection, and prevention
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to diagnose and debug hardware, software, and other technical issues
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in server administration, backups, and disaster recovery
