About The IT Ops And Infrastructure Manager (Bandung) Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data security is well maintained
• Make planning and work execution of the IT Operation and Infrastructure department
• Manage IT operational activities
• Create and manage budgets as well as procure, maintain and repair IT infrastructure assets
• Ensure the implementation of IT projects runs according to the specified time
• Manage HR department IT Operations and Infrastructure
• Ensure the IT Helpdesk runs according to the specified SLA

To succeed in this IT Ops and Infrastructure Manager (Bandung) role, you must have solid experience in general IT Management and coming from retail background is a plus.

Key Requirements

• Experienced in ERP, Web & Mobile, Development, Data Centre and Networks including routers, switches, APs, Firewalls, VMs
• Minimum of Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Information Technology
• Have strong leadership
• Strong resilience power
• Rdadiness to be placed in the Bandung office
• Minimum of four years' experience as anIT Operation Manager
• Good communication and negotiation skills
