Interior Design Project Manager

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will play an important role in managing projects to meet the excellent deliverance, from planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating the projects.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

- Directly report to Managing Director.

- Developing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and setting up quality targets.

- Monitoring project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverable.

- Coordinating with other related departments, clients, vendors, and being responsible as Project Leader.

- Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget, and to an excellent standard.

- Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction.

- Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

1. Having at least 10 years of experience in Building projects and/or Interior Project Management, especially in Office Projects.

2. Having a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering or Interior Design from a reputable university.

3. Mastering leadership, business management skills, and HSE implementation

4. Having the Ahli K3 Umum/Konstruksi Certificate is a must.

5. Having PMP Certificate is an advantage.

6. Proficient in using standard and specific engineering computer operating systems, such as: AutoCAD, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Project.

7. Proficient in English both oral and written is a must.

8. Proficient in professional email writing skill is a must.

9. Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
