INQUIRY STAFF (SALES MARKETING)

Responsibilities

1. Doing inquiry quotations, negotiating rates with vendors, update daily reports, handling group tours on the field if necessary
2. Do the bookings to vendors for confirmed services, quick acknowledge to clients for every inquiry received.
3. Daily report in booking monitoring.
4. Handling group tour as person in charge.

Qualifications

1. Must be able to operate basic formulas in excel is preferable.
2. English Speaking is a must.
3. Correspondence skill.
4. Experience in handling inquiries and group.
5. Willing to overtime sometimes even on weekend if necessary
6. Willing to go on the field for operation as well.
7. Have a sales experience & target oriented will be an advantage.
8. Preferably domiciled in Bali
