Key Specialisations:

• Experience in Influencers (KOL) Deals and finding affiliates to partner with
• Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate marketing programs
• Knowledge of TikTok and Youtube influencer marketing best practices

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of communication and transparency with affiliate partners to ensure ongoing success and growth of partnerships
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for affiliate marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and finance, to ensure successful execution of affiliate marketing programs
• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements, commissions, and terms
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track affiliate performance metrics
• Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program, including recruitment and retention of top-performing partners
• Provide support to affiliates, answer their questions and resolve issues
• Conduct competitive research to identify new affiliate opportunities and partnerships
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage affiliate relationships
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools
• Understanding of online marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
