In Store Merchandiser Jobs

Main Responsibility

1. Provide excellent customer service on the store floor, in the fitting rooms, and at the cash desk.

2. Ensure garment presentation in the store and in the windows according to our guidelines.

3. Plan, execute, and follow up on sales activities and store campaigns.

4. Maximise selling by analyzing sales reports and taking action accordingly.

5. Communicate and inform the store team about upcoming activities and campaigns.

6. Continuously train the store team in garment presentation.

7. Order, handle, and organize display materials.

8. Ensure that safety, security, and administrative routines are followed.

9. Set an example for your team and act as a role model.

Requirements:

1. Extensive knowledge and interest in fashion and trends.

2. Ability to create visual solutions that inspire and sell.

3. Drive and ambition to take own initiatives.

4. Ability to maintain focus and handle the pressure of a busy day.

5. Ability to organize, plan and prioritize in order to maximize business.

6. Being clear and convincing in communicating with the team.

7. A positive and coaching attitude, and a willingness to learn and improve.
