Hse Officer Jobs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English both spoken & writing
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health/ Engineering or related field
• Good understanding in Contract Safety Management Service (CSMS)
• Minimum of 3-year experiences in Health, Safety & Environment roles
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Holding on General AK3 Certification (AK3 Umum)
• Holding on Occupational Health & Safety for working environment (K3 Lingkungan Kerja)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Familiar on building management/facility management
• Have valid certification in Basic Fire, First Aid, HIRA, ISO 45001, 14001, (include Internal Auditor) & SMK3 PP 50/2012
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Responsibilities:

• Providing HSE socialization and training for employee
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to stakeholder
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing unsafe condition and unsafe action and developing measures to assure the HSE personnel
• Responsible to correcting unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority
• Initiate to making HSE regular visit including inspection and assessment
• Responsible to conduct and monitor in safety operation activity including inspections, risk assessments, safety training, procedure evaluation which determined by organization
• Responsible to make HSE work plan, monitoring and review of HSE plan periodically and giving the corrective and preventive action for the implementation
