Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

Perfetti Van Melle is a privately-owned company, producing and distributing candies and chewing gums in more than 150 countries worldwide.


The business is now looking for HR Data Analyst (Internship) to be based in Cibinong, Bogor, Indonesia.


In this role, you will report directly to the C&B and HRIS Manager


  • Provide insights, analysis, and analytical reporting to interpret results.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational optimization.
  • Create daily reports (if needed), weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of HR operations and processes.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU


  • Good command of English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong quantitative, mathematical, and analytical problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Having knowledge in statistics software and data visualization software will be a plus.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s program majoring in Statistics or Mathematic (Fresh graduates are welcome).
