Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR compliance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and HR databases.
  • Support employee performance management processes, including assisting in the preparation of performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Process payroll information, including tracking attendance, calculating overtime, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Conduct HR-related research and prepare reports on HR metrics and trends.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive HR issues with discretion.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

  • Experience with HR System
  • Based in Bali
  • Reliable and professional
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Current knowledge of trends in the restaurant industry
  • Able to join immediately
  • Excellent communication skills
