Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the cleanliness of all public facilities, such as: parking area, concierge area, atrium, toilet and the entire mall area.
  • Supervise routinely housekeeping work by conducting mobile inspections at any time to the field
  • Follow up on every request or complain from tenants and customers are various matters related to housekeeping (cleaning, and pest control)
  • Supervise & ensure all housekeeping activities run effectively, efficiently, and with quality so that work results are in accordance with standards


Qualifications

  • Able to work under pressure, adaptable, high initiative, discipline, well-organized
  • Placement Trans Studio Mall Cibubur
  • Perform good leadership & excellent communication, good teamwork, solid service-oriented attitude
  • Minimum D3 from any major
  • Has 2 years working experience or equivalent knowledge in hospitality industry is preferable
