Health Safety Environment Supervisor

As the largest player in the gas industry in Indonesia, Samator Group provides gas products and services to various industries such as healthcare, construction, petroleum and natural gas, metallurgy, petrochemicals, electronics, and automotive. Samator Group is also involved in the fields of property, healthcare equipment installation, travel agency, chemical industry, education, and sports.

Samator Group is seeking a full-time Health Safety Environment Supervisor to be based on-site in Surabaya. The Health Safety Environment Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, and Inspection. The Health Safety Environment Supervisor will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and take appropriate actions to minimize and prevent occupational hazards and environmental incidents.

• Skills in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision making and problem solving ability
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Health Safety Environment role
• Experience in accident investigation and inspection
• Professional certification in related field is a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment and adjust to fast-paced work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or relevant field
• Experience in the gas industry is preferred
