Job Description

Position : HSE Officer

Location : Sumatera Utara(Medan), Jambi & Riau(Perawang)

Role Summary & Responsibility :

  • Deliver Safety induction for contractor and employee
  • Manage document related HSE such as SOP, Permit, License
  • Ensure compliance with local and customer’s regulatory HSE requirements.
  • Reviewing, updating, and adapting health and safety policies to ensure EHS compliance.
  • Performs regular audits and assessments related to HSE compliance.
  • Create Weekly and Monthly Report
  • Become a liaison between government regulations and company policies
  • Assists in various activities, risk identification, incident reporting and investigation, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE.
  • Prepare and manage document related to contractor safety such as ID Card, PTW form, etc
  • Create Manual Procedure for HSE Procedure in sites

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years experiences on same role (HSE Industry)
  • Good English capability (speaking & writing)
  • Bachelor Degree from Health Safety, Environmental or Engineering (Machine/ Electric/ Chemical)
  • Have a General K3 (AK3U) certificate
  • Demonstrated EHS Program development and implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental laws and regulations required.
