Head Of It Infrastructure

Responsible for all IT Operational activities, especially IT Infrastructure, Network and Systems, and security to support and improve user performance.

Responsibilities

1. Identify, analyze, and implement strategies in the scope of IT infrastructure, Network and System, and Security
2. Collaborate with GM Information Technology to able to evaluate policies, procedures, standards, and methods related to the procurement of IT infrastructure, Networks, and Systems and Security used.
3. Monitoring and updating data on a regular basis to ensure that IT infrastructure procurement can be carried out according to the specified needs and schedule.
4. Identify problems and make recommendations related to the needs of the company's security development in accordance with company policies and needs.
5. Evaluate the use of the IT Budget related to IT infrastructure and ensure that the use of the Budget is in accordance with the plan.
6. Collaborating with vendors and evaluating the performance of vendors working with the company.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering or System Information
2. Having at least 5-10 years of experience in a related position preferably in the Retail Industry
3. Excel in Ms. Office and Dashboard
4. Having experience in IT Infrastructure Transformation and Optimization Cost
5. Having good knowledge and experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN)
6. Good knowledge in Network Engineers, Management Assets, Security Systems, Technical Support Services, and Software engineering.
