Job Description
We are urgently hiring HC Asssistant to be place at Corporate PT Bali Utama Cakrawala, Bali. This position will be under Performance Management & Learning Development Department.
:
1. Analyze performance management and Implement 3 months review for all employees
2. Maintain performance management & learning development record
3. Align with all teams to support their performance and training need data
4. Catching internal talent to be developed
5. Handle coaching & counseling for Supporting Staff – Supervisor level
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law or equivalent
2. Have minimal 1 year experience in the same or relevant position
3. Good communication skills (people approach despite all kinds characteristics of employees
4. Familiar with KPI, OKR or Balanced Scorecard
5. Strong analytical and administrative skill
6. Placement in BALI
