Job Description

This position will be responsible to lead tenant relation team and provide strategy for leasing of the covered areas, maintain and negotiate with all tenants (current and new), manage all leasing activities and ensure to be in-line with company's target.


Qualifications:

  • Willing to work onsite and travel if needed
  • Very good communication and negotiation skill
  • Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university
  • Demonstrated a strong leadership
  • Min. 15 years experience in tenant relation/leasing in the same industry (property)
