Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Identify areas of improvement in the business operations to develop a more effective business development strategy.
• Love to identify constraints or problems experienced by internal and external parties and provide recommendations for solving these problems.
• Able to communicate and ensure the operation of the operational strategy to the team, division, stakeholders, and related partners (such as doctors) to achieve business synergy and operational efficiency.
• Crafting a comprehensive strategy for the clinic channel by using tools like the business model canvas, balanced scorecard, and operating model. to ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and channel strategy.
• Ensure that legal compliance in the clinic channel is implemented properly, both from the Medical, Pharmacy, and Operational aspects.
• Love to developing strategies for achieving sales targets and roadmaps for customer growth in both the medium and long term through customer and market analysis in various areas, to support the achievement of business targets.
• Ensure effective and efficient use of the company's budget related to clinical activities to maintain profit ratios.
• Provide reviews and recommendations regarding strategy implementation and monitor the implementation process to ensure it continues to run according to applicable standards, creating operational excellence.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to support the achievement of business goals.
• Maximize the implementation of marketing programs and products from clinical programs in the clinic through analysis.
• Formulate and develop operational strategies or policies and ensure their implementation is relevant to business needs and objectives.

Does it match your criteria?

• Has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Pharmacy or Medicine.
• Perfect if you have master degree in Business Administration or Hospital Management
• 7 - 10 years of working experience in Operation Management in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Healthcare Facility with at least 5 years in senior management level.
• Have the ability in Data Analysis and Quality Management
