Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the work of driver and housekeeper
  • Make sure office facilities in working order and ensure installations needed by the region
  • Monitor and ensure the Standart Operational Procedure run accordingly and done
  • Responsibilty for office assets
  • Make daily report about warehouse activity and general affairs
  • Track IN and OUT stock


Requirements:

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Logistic, Supply Chain, Warehouse
  • Familiar with Office Management Process
  • Candidate must possess at least Diplomain any field with minimum GPA 3.0
  • At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Attention to Detail, High Motivated, Flexible and Problem Solving
