• Plan, directs, organize, and controls the internal data and purchase request of General Affairs section
• Fixed asset register, maintaining and services
• Supervise the company's documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
• Taking care of facilities management office supplies and office assets management
• Building maintenance
• Infrastructure and facility management
• Coordinating with interior and Mechanical Engineering Works third parties for building and constructions contract
• Monitor supplier & vendor compliance with contractual agreements

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical, organizational, and personal skills
• Has a past relevant working experience and can work under minimum supervision in a tight deadline
• Will be location Semarang
• Fluent in English or Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a heart of service
