Job Description

Job Title: Fund Accounting and KYC Specialist

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Salary Range: IDR 8-14 million per month, based on experience**

We are a dynamic, international finance firm specializing in fund accounting and financial data management. Based out of the vibrant and picturesque location of Bali, Indonesia, we leverage advanced technologies to provide accurate and timely services to our global clientele.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a robust background in Finance, Accounting, and Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for verifying user information, conducting relevant checks, and managing a fund accounting and registry system.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage and perform fund accounting tasks including NAV calculation, cash and position reconciliations, expense processing, etc.

2. Verify client information as part of the KYC process to prevent identity theft, financial fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing.

3. Maintain and update customer data in the fund accounting and registry system.

4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for data collection and information verification.

5. Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements related to KYC/AML.

6. Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports to management and regulatory bodies.

7. Collaborate with IT and system design teams for system enhancements.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desired.

2. Proven experience in Fund Accounting and KYC/AML roles in financial institutions.

3. Strong understanding of financial statements, fund operations, and regulatory requirements.

4. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

6. Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with modern financial systems.

7. Fluency in English is required.
